Nawaj recently released “Koili”, a new single that sets the tone for his upcoming EP. The track, released in mid‑September 2025 via Rinasa Records, blends his signature bilingual flow and introspective lyricism. It arrives on the heels of a prolific streak: in prior years, he released dozens of songs and multiple albums, including Hazar Quitaab Side B.

Earlier this year, he also dropped “Trip Ma Blind”, which he wrote, composed, and produced himself, teasing the direction of his forthcoming EP Over the years, his output has remained steady — from his first YouTube uploads in 2017, to releasing dozens of tracks in 2019 alone.

His track “MEOW” is frequently cited as a milestone in his discography — marked by a fierce tone and raw imagery.  Critics have noted how “MEOW” fuses startling visuals with sharp commentary on ambition, survival, and turbulence. 

🌍 Balancing Two Worlds — Nepali Roots, American Reach

Ansari’s identity is inherently transnational. Born on September 10, 1993 in Nepal, he later relocated to Dallas, Texas, where he now creates and performs. His YouTube channel has over 650,000 subscribers, with cumulative views surpassing 157 million.  He often switches fluidly between Nepali and English in his songs—a choice that both broadens his reach and sometimes isolates him in a scene more accustomed to pure Nepali or traditional themes. 

Despite his prolific work, Ansari sometimes faces criticism and misunderstanding within the Nep‑hop community. Some fans argue he is “ostracised” or underappreciated because he doesn’t conform to typical paths like reality‑TV rap shows.  Others see him as ahead of his time, with experimental soundscapes that take awhile for broader audiences to digest

His tour schedule reflects growing international demand: his Samrajya World Tour 2025 has already been to Nepal and Dubai, with stops planned in Australia, Japan, and Europe.  In Sydney, for example, he held a show under the banner “‘Samrajya Tour’ at Roundhouse.
